In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
In order for us to successfully assist with any support requests as quickly and effectively as possible, please provide us with as much details as you can. - The information you supply is stored on our ticket system and kept as reference even after the ticket is closed
- Your e-mail, telephone number, company name and full name and surname supplied are also stored
- Any of the above can be deleted at your request
- We have two-factor authentication to the Service Desk so your information is secure.
- By submitting the ticket, you agree to all of the above
